Buying equipment at Southwest Auction is easy if you follow these steps beforehand.

 

1. Find the equipment you need & inspect in person or online.  Search our current inventory as we add new items each week. Check the detailed equipment information and photos on our website.

 

â—¦Add items you're interested in to a watch list.

 

â—¦Save your searches and get alerts when new items arrive in inventory.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Register and bid  in person or online

When you've found something you want to buy, register to bid in that auction, confident that you've got the information you need to make informed buying decisions. You can bid in person or online in real time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Test, inspect and compare items on-site

At Southwest Auction Company  we sell everything "as is, where is." Visit our auction site to test and inspect the equipment before you bid, or send someone to do the inspection for you.

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Payment is due the day of the auction.  Southwest Auction accepts personal checks, company checks and Visa or MC.  Buyers pay a 3% buyers premium with a $350 cap per item.

 

 

 

 

 

5.  Once paid in full you will be issued an item release document for pick-up.  If you will be sending someone else to pick up your items they will need to bring the release or you may leave it with us and it will be available in the office.  If you need to have your items shipped we will be happy to recommend a trusted carriers.
